Exchange/Return

Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please use the exchange/return portal page to initiate an exchange or return.

Exchanges

We will provide the return shipping label on our end in order to stream line your process - this may take up to a few days. Once we receive the original order and confirm the exchange we will then release the new product(s) and a new order - please note that depending on your area there may be an additional shipping cost.

Return

For return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping of the product(s). Once the process is initiated on the exchange/return portal the shipping information will be provided via e-mail - this may take a few days. The customer is then able to then use their shipping method of choice.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse and confirmed the return will be processed.
